Upon fulfilling all course requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Outstanding participants may be selected to continue training to become an Absolute Pilates instructor at Absolute Boutique Fitness; with opportunities to teach in Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong.

Part II: Pilates Reformer Methodology & Teaching Technique
Learn the Absolute Pilates Large Group Reformer methodology
Learn how to teach the Signature Absolute Pilates programme and sequences
Learn effective and engaging cueing techniques
Learn to spot common mistakes and corrective cueing for exercises

If you have already completed pilates courses on anatomy & reformer exercises, you may opt to only attend Part II of the training.
Part I: Pilates Reformer Principles & Exercises
Anatomy & understanding muscle groups
Theory — designed to teach you the principles of Pilates and how to apply them to the reformer machine.
Learn the five basic principles of Pilates — breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement, head & cervical spin placement.
Learn how to perform over 150 exercises on the reformer machine.
Certification Requirements
100% attendance.
Mandatory make-up lessons @ USD 90/hour are required if you do not meet the criteria.Attend and observe classes at Absolute Pilates.
These classes are included in the course fees.Pass the written & practical assessments.
If you fail the assessments, you may take up to two additional re-tests* at the following rates:
- Written @ USD 135
- Practical @ USD 90
*you will be required to retake the full course should you fail all the re-test attempts.
Enrolment Requirements
This course is suitable for those with no prior teaching experience.
We highly recommend that you attend at least 20 Pilates Reformer classes prior to the start of the training.
