Established 8 years ago, Absolute Cycle Academy is the first and only academy in Asia that provides certification for Rhythm Cycling instructors.

Our training programs are built in line with the Absolute Methodology, carefully developed and refined over 22 years. You will be training with globally-renowned Master Instructors & Senior Instructors, gaining a competitive edge with Asia’s top studio.

Today, the Absolute brand proudly operates seven studios in Bangkok, six in Singapore and two in Hong Kong. All our instructors have gone through the Absolute Academy to provide a world-class experience for all.

Upon fulfilling all course requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Outstanding participants may be selected to continue training to become an Absolute Cycle instructor at Absolute Boutique Fitness; with opportunities to teach in Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong.

Embark on a 120-hour journey at Absolute Cycle Academy that will equip you with the skillsets to unlock your greatest potential as a rhythm cycling instructor*. You will be awarded a certificate of completion by Absolute Cycle Academy upon completion of the training, subject to a passing grade of the assessment.

*Please note that the completion of this 120-hour Intensive Rhythm Cycling Instructor Training does not guarantee you a spot as an Absolute Cycle Instructor.

Requirements.

  • Taken at least 50 Rhythm Cycling Classes*

*Absolute Cycle Bootcamp a week before the training is available for those who have not met the minimum requirements. This would set the foundation for the instructor training and provide a strong head start. Additional fees apply.
